معايير قياس الجودة الشاملة (TQ) في التعليم العالي ((الكلية التقنية الإدارية / بغداد – أنموذج تطبيقي ))

Abstract

Applications of total quality criteria are considered as basic aim in higher education for presenting educational service of high quality. Accordingly this research aims at estimating the quality conformable rate in the technical college of management/ Baghdad as a practical sample if (Gap Analysis Checklist) is used for this purpose accordingly number of results were reached among which are:The rate of quality conformity in the college was 76% (good level). It focuses on the implementation of total quality criteria in higher education represented by the quality of teaching member staff, quality of the study plans, quality of community service, quality of university activities and facilities, quality of researches, quality of teaching programmers, quality of performance evaluation, quality of financing and student’s quality and accordingly number of recommendations were reached.
