Abstract

The international organization is run by its administrativesystem, and the latter is run by normal persons called'international staff". This staff works for the international organization and is connected to it functionally. According tothis bond, the staff is committed to duties and obligations, andis given in return some rights and privileges in addition to aparticular immunity for the purpose of achieving the goalssought by the organization. It is known that the generalemployee who works under the municipal law and is runningthe aspects of the state shall be subject to certainadministrative penalties set by municipal laws when he acts ina contrary way to the duties of his job. This is the focus of thispaper, the treatment and the statement of responsibility of theinternational employee concerning his administrative breachestowards the organization he works for, besides showing thestandards and principles that can be based upon when dealingwith the inconsistent employee, as well as showing the kindsof administrative penalties imposed on him.
