Some Problems of Translating Linguistic and Stylistic Features of the Life Policy from Arabic into English

Abstract

This research sheds some light on the linguistic and stylistic features of legal documents that give these documents their distinctive style. This research aims at investigating the linguistic features in the life policy document. It is hypothesized, here that, the linguistic features give the language of life policy its distinctive style, since it is reasonably central in a linguistic sense. However, the findings reveal that there is no indication that this document has its own distinctive style. Section One 1.
