Abstract

The study of measure satisfaction of students to the terms of reference accepted falls within the entrances of modern higher education development, it is the essential element of quality education because the primary goal of any organization is to achieve customer satisfaction. The existence of any organization depends on the presence of the customer (There is no university without a students) that the customer is the most important element of any organization; it depends on him before he depends on it.The level of satisfaction for admission to the scientific departments is an important element of quality education , Where support of this research field is to measure the level of satisfaction among the students of Technical College of Management – Baghdad, In four departments and find out the extent of integration and interaction of student in the departments which they accepted for the purpose of access to useful outputs contribute to the building society in the future. This research includes four sections the first section concerns the basic research methodology, and the second is about the conceptual framework for this research presentation and analyzing is the share of the third section, The fourth section care for conclusions and recommendations reached by the researchers .
