Determine behavioral objectives for Materials Science legitimacy in Iraqi universities and building a training program for its development in the light of the need teachers

Abstract

The present study aimed to determine the behavioral objectives for Materials Science legitimacy in Iraqi universities, also aimed to build a training program for the development of behavioral objectives in light of the teachers need them.The researchers first drafted behavioral objectives for the subjects of the rules of recitation and Quran Sciences Bmajaladtha three and multiple levels, where the number of behavioral objectives in its final form (1000) target behaviorally.The research community is your forensic science teacher in Iraqi universities, totaling (600) teacher by statistical researchers obtained from the websites of Iraqi universities for the academic year 2011 - 2012. Having identified the researchers community forensic science teacher at the universities of Iraq's (600) teacher, researchers selected a sample their research (20%) of the total community. Class researchers adopted style random sampling their research from a forensic science teacher, and thus pull random (120) teacher from a forensic science teacher at Iraqi universities. In order to achieve the purposes of the study researchers prepared a list of needs based open in preparing the questionnaire and review some of the literature, which focused on the theme in Materials Science needs legitimacy, as well as scientific expertise to researchers, being the teacher in teaching methods and are familiar with the behavioral objectives and how it is formulated. In light of this happened researchers number of Vsagha needs in identifying privat.After applying the tools of the study, results showed that all unfulfilled needs has won on the center than the center hypothesis and so are these needs unfulfilled.
