Abstract I've played the economic reform programs a major role in many sectors of the economy for many developing countries have preceded us reform characterized the economic development in many economic sectors , especially the agricultural sectors which have become truly relevant pathways advanced emulated by many developing countries to get rid of the distortions that have become a key feature of the tag and made those sectors burdened with crises suffocating . He has tried this search detects and analysis for a number of strategic dimensions of the economic reform policies that are reflected on the agricultural sector in Iraq. that Iraq has the potential for large agricultural enable him to develop agricultural production in quantity and quality , but this potential is exploited economically , and reliance on agricultural trade heavily in the provision of its food needs because of lack of agricultural production was the policy of economic openness after 2003 had negative effects on the agricultural sector so as to flood the Iraqi market to agricultural products that compete those of agricultural products Iraqi low prices and that , having experienced those products of high prices due to the high prices of agricultural inputs of supplies for the cultivation of these products in spite of the agricultural initiative pursuant to an effective implementation of major projects on the degree of importance of the environment in the modernization of infrastructure for agriculture .
