The Impact of the Administrative Corruption in Hindering Management Development Programs

Abstract

This study aims at recognizing the impact of the administrative corruption in hindering management development programs according to the employees in government departments in the province of Gurayat in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . To achieve the aim of this study, a questionnaire has been developed and distributed to a sample of (631) subjects. The statistical package of social science (SPSS V.16) has been used to analyze the data of the questionnaire. The most important findings of this study are:1.The perceptions of administrative corruption are at the medium level, and their perceptions toward the management development are at the high level.2.There is an impact administrative corruption dimensions in the management development which explains (55.9%) of deviation in the dependent variable (the management development).This study recommends the necessity of updating the legislations, and developing the procedures and administrative over sighting in an attempt to find suitable solutions to stop the administrative corruption.
