Abstract

The chicken meat is one the important sources of the protein for the fact that its meat linked to the growth of thehuman body. it is a healthy source of human nutrition because of its content of unsaturated amino acids that lead to decrease the level of cholesterol in the blood. For the importance of thecost of production of chicken meat and its impact on the level of the possibility of all citizens to consume this product the need arose to the use of scientific methods for the purpose of the composition chicken feed that meet basic needs and essential for chicken with lowest level of cost. In this paper a linear programming model was built to determine the optimal cost of the used diet in the chicken feed dedicated to the production of white meat
