Military and political struggle against the Fatimid Umayyad and Byzantine through the book Almajales and Almucyrat Book for Moroccan judge Numan (D. 363 AH / 974 AD)

Abstract

After decades of secret invitation which Fatimid state in Morocco first step towards call their goal, in the rule of the musliam world, as they are the rightful heirs to Islamic caliphate, the natural extension of the of prophecy, and thus faced a double challenge by the Umayyad ruling in Andalusia and the Byzantines, therefore umayyads were trying to keep the geographical depth in Islamic Maghreb, they entered the military and political conflict with the Fatimids ,whose have made a great effort to defend the Moroccan territory, using various means of military, political and media, so they had moved their maritime fleet to face the Umayyad fleet . The Fatimids faced another challenge represented by the Byzantines attempts to control of the Mediterranean Sea Islands, taking advantage of the preoccupation of the Fatimids in armed conflict with the Umayyads Byzantines in alliance with the Umayyad to unified their military action , however , the Fatimid caliph al muaaz was able to triumph over the Byzantines
