Abstract

The research aims to identify : 1. Determinants of management knowledge for the university professors. 2. : Epistemological Beliefs among university professors. 3. Differences in Epistemological Beliefs according to the scientific title - sex -specialization among university professors 4. Differences in the determinants of management knowledge at the university professors depending on the variables of in Epistemological Beliefs sex specialization and scientific title. In order to achieve these aims , sample of Qadisiya university professors (300) has been selected from (14) Faculties of scientific and humanity disciplines for the academic year 2013-2014, Selected randomly and stratified proportional-style.to identify the determinants of knowledge management , It also has been prepared a questionnaire after directing and open access to similar studies and theoretical literature is composed of 55 items distributed on four key areas:1. Determinants of research related to the competencies required for the production of knowledge 2. Determinants associated with psychological and moral aspects of the production of knowledge .3. Determinants related to access to data and information necessary for the production and acquisition of knowledge .4.
