Information Processing Methods of Gifted and Talented Students

Abstract

This study aims to show the differences between the scores averages of fifth preparatory stage students (scientific-literary) on measurement of information processing methods according to gender and the study specialty and the interaction between them. The study sample consists of (200) male and female students, (100) male students and (100) female students divided to (100) students for scientific branch and (100) for literary branch.The researcher modifies the test of information processing methods and gets confirmation of its validity, for test study hypotheses; he uses two way analysis of variance on significance level (0.05 = α). The study results show no significant difference between scores averages of males and scores averages of females, and the scientific specialty exceeds on the literary specialty in information processing method.
