Abstract

The Data extracted from many sources will be integrated and then transform into suitable form. Tthese data may be includes many errors and noise or inconsistencies data. It is necessary to clean the data to get quality data before the data mined from errors and noise data. The cleaning is the first task before any data analysis' The resultant of cleaning analysis/model can be stamped for data quality which very impotent for data minig process because without data quality the algorithms of data nining can not work well or the result of algorithms not good. Therefor this paper deal with Basics steps to clean data that extracted from many sources to get good quality data for data mining also reduce processing time, storage data and reducing costs and increasing profits, for this case an implementation for data selected from clinical chemical test for yarmook hospital education to detect and remove the errors or noise and or inconsistencies data'

Absorption profile of a three- Ievel ladder atomic system with incoherent PumPing

Abstract

We have studied the effects of adding an incoherent population pumping on the absorption and dispersion profile of a driven three- level ladder system. Two coherent fields are assumed to drive our system, a coupling field on the upper transition and a probe field on the lower transition. The absorption profile of such a system with no incoherent pumping is well known. It consists of two symmetric (asymmetric) Autler- Townes peaks for resonant (off- resonant) coupling field' We have found that applying an additional incoherent pumping field would work first to merge the two peaks into a central weak absorption line and then to drive the system to a state of electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT). We have found differences in the details of this effect when the pumping field is applied to the upper or to the lower atomic transition, in the latter case the transition of the system to the (EIT) state takes place very rapidly as compared to the former case. In the second case ancl for an off - resonant coupling field and fast upper transition relaxation, we have noticed an interesting effect manifested in the fact that the incoherent pumping field would shift the absorbed energy from the larger to the smaller absorption peak resulting in a non - central weak absorption line befbre reaching the ultimate (ElT) state.

Abstract

The health impact assessment of noise pollution from electrical generators, vehicles, military aircrafts, ambulance, industries and house equipments are undertaken in this study. The quantitative noise level measurements are carried out in the residential, commercial and industrial regions of Baghdad City by using portable sound level meter (Auto range, RS-232). The measuring instrument reports a noise pollution level ranges from 9l to 1407o of the acceptable sound pressure level that is likely to be without appreciable risk (70 dB(A)) in the indoor air spaces and near domestic electrical generators, respectively. The likelihood or probability of adverse health effects to the exposed individuals of Baghdad population related to public exposure to elevated noise pollution levels is quantified in this study by using the hazard index (HI) concept. The results of quantitative noise level measurements and risk characteization carried out in this study indicates that individuals in Baghdad population are exposed to sound pressure at levels that are likely to be cause appreciable health risk including increased incidence of hearing impairment, hypertension, ischemic heafi disease, annoyance, sleep disturbance, changes in the immune system and birth defects above natural background rates. The qualitat市e classiication of ambient en宙ronment of Baghdad City according to the mean observed noise levels indicates that''action"is recominended for noise pollution sources since the mean obseⅣ ed noise level(84.94 dB(A))for all the included noise sources is found to be exceed the acceptable level(70 dB(A))。

Abstract

In this work, many types of N-Phenolic acrylamide polymers were prepared, from reaction of para.ortho and meta phenol amines or with secondary phenolamines with poly acrylic acid .the modification of poly acrylicacid to N-phenolic acrylamide polymers then curring the thermoplastic polymers with formaldehyde to converted them to high thermal resistance crosslinked polymers and higher mechanical properties. This is a new method which converted the linier poly acrylicacid to poly[N-phenol acrylamide] then converted to phenol formaldehyde resins with high thermally stable which improving the molding and curring the prepared linier poly acrylamide to their corresponding phenolic resins. The all prepared linier and crosslinked polymers were characteized and tested by infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric and mechanical prope(ies. Therefore it was concluded that the phenolic resins could be possibly used as insulation material and for other industries applications.

Abstract

The induced photodegradation of poly (vinyl chloride-co-vinyl acetate) films in air was investigated in solid state in the absence and presence of aromatic carbonyl compounds (photosensitizers) such as l,4-naphthaquinone (NQ) and benzophenone (BPH) ' The photodegradation rate was studied using u.v.-radiation at l" = 313 nm , intensity 3.49*10-s einsteins.dm-3.S-l at temperature 45 oC and followed by U.V.-Vis. and I'R spectrophotometry using accelerated weathering tester The addition of (0.2vo w/w) of low molecular weight aromatic carbonyl compounds photosensitizers to copolymer films (25pm in thickness) enhanced the photodegradation of the copolymer' The photodegradation rate was measured by the increase in hydroxyl absorbance (LR spectrophotometry) and photodegradation rate constant (ka) . According to the kinetic data and other experimental results the induced photodegradation mechanisms of copolymer films were suggested under the experimental conditions employed' The rate of photodegradation of copolymers increases with benzophenone (BPH) and 1,4-naphthaquinone (NQ) as photosensitizers conc. The increase in the rate of photodegradation is higher with 1,4-naphthaquinone (NQ)'

Abstract

Bab-Al-Muadam is one of the oldest and well-known rueas of the capital city (Baghdad), Bab-Al-Muadam garage is considered as one of the important garages that services many people. Many activity centers (colleges, government centers and one of the important hospitals) were located in this area so many people reached this area, in return the garage became the centre of many trips and the numbers of vehicles belong to it increased through years. Because of the large numbers of vehicles and the lack of good organization in the garage many drivers began to stop and pickup persons out of the garage itself and this would cause congestion problems due to interference between traffic flow and these vehicles flow, so the idea of this work was to remove some of the lines stopping out of the garage and locate them in a yard with a strategic location in order to get better services. An alternate design of the garage was prepared and an interview was made with the people who would affect with these changes ,most of the people would encourage the idea.

Abstract

Antibacterial activity of various concentrations of Thymus vulgaris leaves, extracted with distilled water and 90Vo ethanol were evaluated ln this study. Alcoholic extracts are more efficient on various pathogenic bacteria. ln general, all extracts in various concentrations with few exceptions are more efficacious on Gram positive bacteria than on Gram negative bacteria. The biggest inhibition zone recorded for 1000 pg/ml alcoholic extracts was (35 mm) against Staph. epidermidis. The limits of minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of both extracts are between (400-1300) pglml. The efficiency of antibacterial activity of T. vulgaris extracts were compared with efficiency of standard antibiotics against the same bacterial types.
