Study the sensitivity of isolate bacteria from dihyria and urine inflammations to some antibiotics and plant extracts.
دراسة حساسية البكتريا المعزولة من حالات الاسهال والتهاب المجاري البولية لبعض المضادات الحيوية وبعض المستخلصات النباتية

Abstract

Stool samples were collected from patients suffering from dihyria and urinary tubes inflammations in kerbalaa hospital in the period from January 2004 till December 2005 .Informations were taken about taking antibiotic or not .Two hundered and twenty sambles were taken . the tests on stool and urine included the following bacterial sensitivity against antibiotic where the E.coli was the most sensitivity against Nitrofurintin , Norfloxacin, Cotrinmixazol giving 65, 50 and 45 % respectivity . Whereas Streptococcous spp was tolerant to Cotrinmixazol, Nalidixic acid , but its grow was inhibited by tetracycline ,Nitrofurinin,Oxiacillin by 55,50 and 40 % respectivity , Norfloxacin, tolerant to It was found through this study that Staphylococcus had asensitivity against Nitrofurintin ,Norfloxacin ,Tetracycline and Oxacilline and tolerance to Cotrinmixazol Ampicillin , Norfloxacin and Ampicillin. Statical analysis was observed ahigh significant ,Nalidixic aci Difference with Nitrofurintin antibiotic giving 18,7 % as well as with the other studied antibiotics .It was also found that there was asensitivity of bacteria isolated from Dihyria against some plant extracts. Ecoli ,Klebsilla , Streptococcus and Staphylococcus were more sensitive to pollen grains of date palm giving 3.6 ,3.0 , 2.1 and 2.7 % respectivity

جمعت عينات الغائط من المرضى الذين يعانون من الإسهال والمرضى الذين يعانون من التهاب المجاري البولية في مستشفى النسائية والتوليد في كربلاء للمدة من كانون الثاني 2004 لغاية كانون الأول 2005 وأخذت المعلومات المتعلقة هل تناول مضادا" حيويا" أم لا، اذ تم جمع 220 عينة. أما الفحوصات التي أجريت على الغائط والادرار فشملت فحص حساسية البكتريا اتجاه المضادات الحيوية ، فنلاحظ ان جنس E. coli الأكثر حساسية للمضاد الحيوي Nitrofuriutin و Norfloxacin و Cotrinmixazol وبنسبة ( 65 ، 50 ،45 %) على التوالي. بينما يكون Streptococcous spp مقاوم للمضاد الحيوي Cotrinmixazol و Norfloxacin و Nalidixic acid ويثبط نموه المضاد الحيوي (Tetracyclin و Nitrofurintin و Oxiacillin ) وبنسبة ( 55 ، 50 ، 40 %) على التوالي. وجد من خلال الدراسة إن Staphylococcus كان له حساسية اتجاه Nitrofurintin و Tetracyclinو Oxiacillin و مقاومة للمضادات الحيوية Cotrinmixazol و Ampicillin و Norfloxacinو Nalidixic acid . اظهر التحليل الإحصائي إن هنالك فرق غير معنوي عند المضاد الحيوي Nitrofurintin بنسبة (18,7 %) وفروق معنوية كبيرة عند المضادات الحيوية المدروسة الأخرى . وجد من خلال الدراسة هنالك حساسية للبكتريا المعزولة من حالات الاسهال والتهاب المجاري البولية اتجاه بعض المستخلصات النباتية ، فنجد ان الاجناس البكتيرية المدروسة ( E. coli و Klebsilla و Streptococcusو Staphylococcus ) تكون أكثر حساسية لمستخلص حبوب طلع النخيل بنسبة ( 3.6 ;3 ; 2.1 ; 2.7% ) على التوالي ويأتي بعده مستخلص حبوب القرع بنسبة ( 3.5; 2.5 ; 2.8 2.5%) على التوالي . اما مستخلص نبات نومي بصره فيكون الأقل تأثيرا" في الأجناس البكتيرية قيد الدراسة بنسبة ( 2.2 ;2 ; 1.2; 1% ) لكل منها على التوالي.

Abstract

AbstractA study was conducted to investigate the microscopic biologisms(bacteria) causing pyorrhea and teeth inflammation diagnosed byX-ray. A sample of inflammed teeth and gum anointment (touch)after being diagnosed by the X-ray for patients of the private clinicsin the holy Karbala province for the period February،2010-December،2011،231 samples were investigated with being aware whether suchpatients had taken any antibiotic or not.Investigations were carriedout by macroscopic (ocular) and X-ray investigations.The teeth samples were investigated using the direct anointment(touch) method with isolating the bacteria causing pyorrhea and teethinflammation by agricultural milieu .Thy study showed that there were some types of bacteria isolatedfrom the gum and the teeth ; these were as follows :Streptococcus pyogen. Staphylococcus spp. Proteus vulgaris.The study also showed that the extract of the mixture of harmelpeganum and eucalypus had an effect on the bacteria which causedpyorrhea and teeth inflammation and the concentration of 1000mg of the mixture had more effect on the isolated bacteria and thencomes the aquatic extract of the eucalyptus. The harmel peganumextract had the least effect on the isolated bacteria causing pyorrheaand teeth inflammation .Bases on the statistical test using X2 it was noticed that therewere abstract differences (under the level 0،01 and 0،05 ) equal to adiametre of the inhibitive area of the isolated bacteria which causedpyorrhea and teeth inflammation with the different concentrations ofthe botanical and aquatic extracts .
