Abstract

Activeness of The Wates Smoll Games and it,s Impact on The Motor Learning of The Free Style SwimmingAbsractThe importance of research in reliance on scientific concepts to motor learningand see the impact of some of the water sports to achieve educational goals. These methods relying on the principle of the investment of time and effort as a result of follow one of the concepts of transmission of the impact of learning. Thus, helps to speed up the learning.process in the free style swimming and come to learn optimally through playing technigue.Research has demonstrated the problem : -Most of the teachers and trainers traditional instruction methods These methods have adopted lacked of an excitement and thrill of the economy of time and effort, Thus leads to weakness evident in the performance of basic skills for swimming in general and free style swimming is particularly The current researchhas used learning situations similar to the basic skills of swimming free to shape attitudes kinetics similar sequential and scalable difficulty to reach a better learning using educational Aquatics.The Researchaimed preparinagt an educational program using the style of play to teach freestyle in swimming.It is hypothesis the following :There is not statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups.The experimental group has shown a better learning.The Researchhas recommended

Abstract

The organizational change characteristic of the modern enterprise , and this change is not spontaneous but rather imposed by the circumstances surrounding the institution , It or survival of institutions is a bet and preoccupation with leading administrators, Through this we say that the success of organizational change in the organization not only be a pattern of effective leadership , it has similar goals of institutions to change but the results of organizational change for different leadership styles in institutions. through this article we aim to highlight the role of leadership style in the process of organizational change , in addition to the role of personal variables ( gender , age , educational level, professional experience, career center ) so individuals in the process of organizational change.

يعد التغيير التنظيمي من سمات المؤسسات الحديثة وهذا التغيير لا يكون عفوي بل تفرضه الظروف المحيطة بالمؤسسة، فعليه فقباء المؤسسات يعتبر رهان والشغل الشاغل لدى القياديين الإداريين،فبهذا نقول بأن نجاح التغيير التنظيمي في المؤسسة لا يكون إلا بنمط قيادي فعال، فقد تتشابه أهداف المؤسسات في التغيير التنظيمي لكن نتائج التغيير تختلف باختلاف الأنماط القيادية في المؤسسات.فمن خلال هذا نهدف من المقال إلى إبراز دور النمط القيادي في عملية التغيير التنظيمي، بالإضافة إلى دور المتغيرات الشخصية( الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي،الخبرة المهنية،المركز الوظيفي) لذا الأفراد في عملية التغيير التنظيمي.
