The study is entitled: (The body of the prominent animal sculptures in ancient Iraqi sculpture), which is the summary in Arabic and English and the first chapter included the problem of research and the need and the importance of the objective of the research and the limits of research and the definition of terminology, the second chapter: consists of the first: And the significance of the second subject: the animal in the old Iraqi art and the third topic: real animal bodies, Chapter III: analysis of the sample, and Chapter IV: findings and conclusions and a list of sources and references.

جاءت الدراسة بعنوان: (هيئة المنحوتات الحيوانية البارزة في النحت العراقي القديم)، والتي تتمثل في الملخص باللغة العربية والانكليزية و الفصل الاول شمل مشكلة البحث والحاجة الية واهمية وهدف البحث وتحدود البحث وتحديد المصطلحات، اما الفصل الثاني: يتكون من المبحث اول: الهيئة بين المفهوم والدلالة اما المبحث ثاني: الحيوان في الفن العراقي القديم والمبحث الثالث: الهيئات الحيوانية الواقعية، الفصل الثالث: تحليل العينة، والفصل الرابع: النتائج والاستنتاجات وقائمة المصادر والمراجع.
