The research seeks current analysis of the relationship between the system of ERP organizational productivity through a survey of the opinions of managers in the public company for pharmaceutical and medical supplies / Nineveh. Due to the lack of studies on the system as well as its relationship to the productivity of the organization, especially in the Iraqi environment may try searching analysis of these dimensions within the holistic framework in an attempt to study the relationship and impact between them. The study found a set of conclusions, including:- There is a relationship between the ERP system and the productivity of the organization in the organization under study.- There is a significant effect of the ERP system in the productivity of the organization under study.Based on the conclusions the researcher provided a set of recommendations which, in turn hips in line with the recommendations.

يسعى البحث الحالي إلى تحديد دور نظام تخطيط موارد المنظمة في تعزيز إنتاجية المنظمة من خلال دراسة استطلاعية لآراء المدراء في الشركة العامة لصناعة الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية /نينوى.ونظراً لقلة الدراسات التي تناولت هذا النظام وعلاقته بإنتاجية المنظمة ولاسيما في البيئة العراقية مما عمدت إلى تناول هذا الموضوع ضمن إطار شمولي في محاولة لبحث العلاقة والأثر بين نظام تخطيط موارد المنظمة وتعزيز إنتاجية المنظمة . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة استنتاجات أهمها:-تحقق وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بين نظام تخطيط موارد المنظمة وإنتاجية المنظمة في المنظمة قيد الدراسة.-تحقق وجود تأثير معنوي لنظام تخطيط موارد المنظمة في إنتاجية المنظمة قيد الدراسة.وبالاعتماد على الاستنتاجات قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من المقترحات التي بدورها تنسجم مع تلك الاستنتاجات.
