The research aims to procedures of Health and Safety Occupational for a number of Industrial Organizations in the Duhok province ,to determine the concordance and the gap between the actual procedures and instructions Health and Safety Occupational No. (22) for the year (1987) and the prevailing, which are awarded on the basis of work permit organizations. The theoretical side of the search was written by taking advantage of the literature of the subject, the practical side of the search has been through field visits and interviews with ,Managers and inspectors in the Directorate of Labor in the province of Duhok, Employers and workers, was the use of the checklist and distributed to employers by the surveyed organizations (50) List. Through the statistical procedures to research, found a set of conclusions, including: The results of the overall evaluation of the instructions was in which the general application rate (1.2) It is mean applied to any extent, and the Search presented a set of proposals, including: Apply the health and safety occupational procedure In spite of the need to amend and re-drafting of the paragraphs to suit the requirements of the current era.

يهدف البحث إلى تقييم إجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية لبعض المنظمات الصناعية في محافظة دهوك لتحديد مدى التطابق والفجوة بين إجراءاتها الفعلية والتعليمات الصحة والسلامة المهنية رقم (22) لسنة 1987 والسائدة والتي على أساسها يتم منح إجازة العمل للمنظمات. تم كتابة الجانب النظري للبحث من خلال الاستفادة من أدبيات الموضوع، والجانب العملي للبحث تم من خلال الزيارات الميدانية والمقابلات الشخصية مع المديرين والمفتشين في مديرية العمل في محافظة دهوك وأصحاب العمل والعمال، وتم استخدام قائمة الفحص(checklist) ووزعت على أصحاب العمل في المنظمات المبحوثة بواقع (50) قائمة ومن خلال إجراءات إحصائية عليها توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها: نتائج التقييم الكلي للتعليمات بلغ معدل التطبيق العام فيها (1.2) أي إنها مطبقة إلى حد ما، وقدم البحث مجموعة من المقترحات أهمها: تطبيق التعليمات الخاصة بالصحة والسلامة المهنية الحالية على الرغم من ضرورة تعديل وإعادة صياغة فقراتها ليتناسب مع متطلبات العصر الحالي.
