It is not possible to imagine the success of any legal system unless it is applied in the proper form and seriousness of dealing with its provisions, and this can only be achieved through those who monitor the implementation of this law and follow up its implementation, which is within the scope of laws related to the protection of the environment, These individuals are limited to public officials who are granted the status of judicial control to implement the provisions of these laws. They are called judicial control officers. They are defined under the provisions of the law Algerian penal procedures with judicial police officers and judicial control agents. Judicial control is reflected in the range of actions taken by judicial police officers and their agents For the purpose of investigating crimes and their perpetrators, gathering the inferences necessary for the investigation and the procedures for investigating the case, who are the persons legally authorized to exercise environmental judicial control? , And what are their tasks in the context of crimes against environmental elements? These tasks have a central role in determining the criminal responsibility of the natural or moral person, through which the follow-up procedures are carried out after the examination of the crimes by moving the public proceedings before the competent courts

تقويم الأداء الوظيفي يحظى بمكانة كبيرة في العملية الوظيفية، وذلك لكونه مرتبطا بأحد عناصر العمل الوظيفي وهو الموظف، لأنه الوسيلة التي تدفع الجهاز الإداري للعمل بجدية، فالموظف هو الذي يدير العمل داخل المرفق العام الذي يعمل فيه بجهده ونشاطه بغض النظر عن مركزه، فهو اداة الدولة لتطبيق قوانينها وقراراتها وتنفيذ سياساتها وبرامجها المختلفة، فالإدارة هي ادارة اشخاص لا الأشياء، ومن ثم أن نجاح الإدارة أنما يتوقف بدرجة كبيرة على مدى تقويم الأداء الوظيفي وتفعيل ضماناته.
