Abstract

AbstractPart I : An Introduction to the Research and Its Importance The existing of creativity and creation as leadership features in administration are important factors that lead to focus and develop the capacity of creation in the administration , creative leadership and creative leader, because the creative process is not achieved only in the availability of the essential characteristics and capabilities for creators which have awaken role in the traditional concepts of creativity that makes the product andcompanion with intellectual flashes, inspirations and an image of innate intelligence . So, creativity becomes stick to features and certain properties of the creator , which led to the emergence of articles and books looking at innovation in administration science. Thus, increases interest in creative characteristics and seen as a whole in a matter of evolution , especially novelty and modernity and with the same respect in the institutions of higher education (1) . The current study shade light on the importance of identifying the characteristics of creative deans of Physical Education Colleges and The definition and evaluation may be one of the means by which the followers to choose their leaders based on the pillars .Research problem : Is there a scale of creativity features according to the theories of creativity? Research Aims : Constructing a scale of creativity features for the deans of physical education colleges .Part II : This part includes the following concepts ( creativity , theories that explain creativity , factors affecting creativity).Part III : This part is limited to the field of procedures for scale construction.Part IV : This part is limited to the use of factor analysis of the scale .Part V : This part is limited to some of the conclusions and recommendations .

Abstract

The research aims at developing the title of the second grade students Department of Information Systems Management from the Faculty of Business Informatics, the sample of the research consisted of 36 students from the second grade as a group of tests with the tribal and post-test for the academic year 2017-2018. The researcher built the RISC program from 30 lessons according to skills The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the level of 0.5 between the students' performance of the tribal and post-test for all dimensions of the scale in the development of their characteristics Personal and mental creativity in all seven dimensions of the scale and this indicates the impact of the RISC program and in the light of the results, the researcher developed a set of recommendations and proposals

يهدف البحث الى معرفة اثر التدريب برنامج النظام الذكي لمعالجة المعرفة riskفي تنمية الخصائص الابداعية الشخصية و العقلية لدى طلبة الصف الثاني قسم ادارة انظمة المعلومات من كلية معلوماتية الاعمال , تكونت عينة البحث من )36( طالب و طالبة من الصف الثاني كمجموعة تجريبة ذات الاختبار القبلي و البعدي للعام الدراسي )2017 -2018 (ثم قامت الباحثة ببناء البرنامج ريسك من 26 درس وفق المهارات المحددة لكل باب من ابواب البرنامج بواقع ساعتين في الاسبوع كما اعتمدت الباحثة على مقاييس الخصائص الشخصية الابداعية المعدة من قبل محمد ابو عليا 1983 و بعد التطبيق اظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى 0.05 بين اداء الطلبة في الاختبار القبلي و البعدي لجميع ابعاد المقياس السبعة في تنمية خصائصهم الابداعية الشخصية و العقلية و هذا يدل على تأثير البرنامج ريسك , في ضوء النتائج وضعت الباحثة جملة من التوصيات و المقترحات.
