The present study is preliminary investigate of the kidney gross morphology and some histological observations was studied in golden eagle (Aquila Chrysaetus). The anatomical descriptions of the kidneys had revealed a paired kidney and ureters were protrude, flattened and extra-peritoneal organs. The kidney tissue is transverse by major nerve trunks and blood vessels, securing the kidneys tightly in place. Each kidney consists of three lobes: cranial, middle and caudal lobes. The cranial lobe was the largest and wider than the other two lobes and the caudal lobe was appeared similar to middle lobe but little smaller than it. There is no line of demarcation between cortex and medulla as in mammals. The glomerulus consisted of a tightly packed central core of mesangial cells, surrounded by capillary loops. The cytoplasm of the proximal convoluted tubules cells contains condensing vesicles and a large apically situated nucleus. The distal convoluted tubules and collecting ducts were distinguished on a topographical basis revealed that varied slightly in their reactions with PAS stain and appeared as vacuoles or look like vesicles contains secretion from lining epithelial cells of distal convoluted and collecting tubules which appeared diffused in cross section. The cells of distal convoluted tubules and collecting tubules possessed vesicles with a clearly defined coated outer membrane and some had small blebs invaginated membrane. However in this study found vesicles or vacuoles in the lumen of collecting tubules revealed the secreting cells had margins that were often incompletely membrane –bound and continuous with the apical cell margin as if discharging their contents to the tubular lumen.

أظهرت الدراسة الحالية في نتائجها الأولية حول شكل الكلية وبعض الرؤى النسيجية التي تم دراستها في العقاب الذهبي golden eagle .تشريحيا وصفت بأنها تتكون من زوج من الكلى والحالب وتكون بارزة ومسطحة تقع خارج غشاء الخلب. يمر خلال نسيج الكلية العديد من الأوعية الدموية والأعصاب الرئيسية والتي تعمل على تامين ثبات وتماسك الكلية في مكانها. كل كلية تتكون من ثلاثة فصوص أو أقسام : فص أمامي, وسط وخلفي. لوحظ بان الفص الأمامي اكبر وأوسع من بقية الفصوص بينما الفص الخلفي يكون مشابه للفص الوسطي لكن اصغر منه بقليل. ليس هناك خط فاصل بين منطقة القشرة واللب كما في اللبائن. يتكون مركز الكبيبة من الخلايا المرصوصة تسمى mesangial cells تقع في مركز الكبيبة ومحاطة بالأوعية الدموية الشعرية. يحتوي سايتوبلازم خلايا النبيب الداني على حويصلات مكثفة ومتمو ضعه على قمة النواة. النبيب القاصي والقنوات ألجامعه تتموضع على أساس طبوغرافيا وتظهر اختلاف تدريجي في مدى تفاعلها مع صبغة PAS . يلاحظ ظهور فجوات وحويصلات تحتوي على إفراز الخلايا الظهارية المبطنة للنبيب الداني والنبيبات ألجامعه حيث لوحظ انتشارها خلال المقطع العرضي النسيجي. الخلايا ألمبطنه للنبيب الداني والنبيبات ألجامعه لوحظ امتلاكها حويصلات تظهر بوضوح مغطية للسطح الخارجي للخلية مع ظهور بعض الفقاعات الغشائية المنبعجة. على كل حال الدراسة الحالية بينت وجود حويصلات أو فجوات في داخل تجويف النبيبات ألجامعه مبينتا أن الخلايا الإفرازية تحتوي على حافة الخلية في الغالب مكونة غشاء غير مرتبط كليا ومستمر مع قمة حافة الخلية بارز على شكل إفراز لمحتويات الخلية إلى تجويف النبيب.

إنَّ للعلاقة الزوجية أثراً في السياسة الجنائية في العراق بنطاق التجريم والعقاب ، إذ تقسم القواعد القانونية في القانون الجنائي الى قواعد موضوعية وقواعد اجرائية وان للعلاقة الزوجية أثراً في تجريم بعض الافعال الواردة في قانون العقوبات العراقي رقم (111) لسنة 1969 المعدل وكذلك له اثر في سير اجراءات الدعوى الجزائية في نطاق قانون اصول المحاكمات الجزائية العراقي رقم (23) لسنة 1971 . ففي نطاق قانون العقوبات نلاحظ ان المشرع العراقي عَدَّ العلاقة الزوجية ركناً مفترضاً في جريمة الزنا لأنه لا يجرم سوى زنا الازواج كما ان للعلاقة الزوجية أثراً في تجريم بعض الافعال الاخرى كجريمة التعدي على حقوق الزوج في العمل ، وكذلك في جرائم الاغتصاب واللواط وهتك العِرض.كما ان للعلاقة الزوجية أثراً على اجراءات الدعوى الجنائية سواء من حيث تحريك الدعوى الجزائية أو من حيث سير اجراءاتها ، فبالنسبة لتحريك الدعوى الجزائية تطلب المشرع لإقامة بعض الجرائم شكوى من المجنى عليه أو من يمثله أو طلب أو اذن من جهة مختصة. أما اثر العلاقة الزوجية على سير اجراءات الدعوى الجزائية نجدها ايضا تتأثر بالعلاقة الزوجية فالمشرع لاسيما في نطاق الجرائم المعلقة على شكوى قد اجاز للزوج (المجنى عليه) ان يتنازل عن شكواه التي قدمها ضد زوجه الاخر بشروط حددها المشرع . واعتد المشرع بالعلاقة الزوجية في حالة عدم حضور المتهم امام المحكمة حيث اجاز لزوج المتهم أو المتهمة الحضور امام المحكمة لإبداء عذر مقبول يبرر عدم حضور المتهم لمرض ألمَّ به أو لأمر منعه من الحضور. ومنع المشرع ان يكون احد الزوجين شاهد على الزوج الاخر مالم يكن متهماً بالزنا أو بجريمة ضد شخصه أو ماله أو ضد ولد احدهما ويجوز للزوج او الزوجة ان يشهد احدهما لصالح الآخر. كما يؤثر عقد الزواج الصحيح بين مرتكب الجريمة والمجنى عليها على سير اجراءات الدعوى في جرائم الاغتصاب أو اللواط أو هتك العرض أو القبض او خطف الاشخاص او حجزهم . وللعلاقة الزوجية اثر على تنفيذ الحكم الجزائي اذ ان الحكم الذي استنفذ طرق الطعن يصبح باتاً وينقضي الحق في التنازل عن الشكوى ومع ذلك فقد استثنى المشرع من تلك القاعدة حالات معينة اذ اجاز فيها ان يمنع السير في تنفيذ الحكم الجزائي على الزوج والزوجة في حالتين الاولى اعطت الحق للزوج ان يمنع السير في تنفيذ الحكم الجزائي الصادر على زوجة الزاني او الزانية والحالة الثانية وفاة الشاكي في جريمة الزنا حيث يكون لأولاد الزوج أو الوصي عليهم ان يمنع تنفيذ الحكم . كما اعطى المشرع للزوج ان يقابل زوجه المحكوم عليه بالإعدام في اليوم السابق على اليوم المعين للحكم . كما قرر المشرع تأجيل تنفيذ الحكم الجزائي اذا حكم على الزوج وزوجته بعقوبة سالبة للحرية لمدة تزيد على سنة .

In its general sense, the Penal Code includes a set of acts: (positive or negative), which the legislator considers offenses according to the legislative model of criminalization and punishment. That model includes in some cases criminal protection of non-criminal legal centers which originally belong to legal rules of other branches of law, such as civil, commercial, administrative, constitutional or international law, etc.At the same time, crime is often considered illegal according to another non-criminal law and the opposite is not true, because the legislator does not resort to the use of the criminal tool: (criminalization and punishment). The legislator resorts to the tool only when he finds, according to the standards of his criminal policy it necessary to protect the interests which he considers essential for the survival and stability of a society. Hence, the link between the rules of criminalization and punishment and other rules of law seems natural. This has very important consequences stemming from the subjectivity of each branch of law and its specific objectives, because this function and those goals that require its existence.Self-incrimination and punishment are incompatible with the statement of their independence or subordination to other branches of law. Subjectivity derives from the nature of the role that each branch of law plays within the legal system as a whole in States to regulate life in society.Therefore, the basis and foundation of subjectivity is the nature and importance of the interests protected by the Penal Code, as well as the means and purpose of protecting them. This obviously differs from one law to another as it gives it a subjectivity of a certain type in relation to other branches of law within the legal system. As much as the legislator recognizes the interests, there are many legal rules - and vice versa. Every legal rule protects only one interest. Therefore, the rules of criminalization and punishment do not share the protection of common interests with other branches of law, but protect (the joint centers) vary in its meaning as it is explained - as far as possible - within the scope of this study. It emits different interests, and therefore there is no possibility to imagine the existence of the problem of the duplication of the criminally protected legal protection for each criminalization and punishment rule. This has its significance and legal effects in various aspects, which was represented in the sections of this study.

يضم قانون العقوبات – بمعناه العام – مجموعة من الأفعال: (الايجابية أو السلبية)، والتي يعدها المشرع جرائم على وفق الانموذج التشريعي للتجريم والعقاب، والذي يشمل بالحماية الجنائية في بعض الحالات لمراكز قانونية غير جنائية تابعة من حيث أصلها ونشأتها لقواعد قانونية تنتمي لفروع القانون الأخرى، كالقانون المدني أو التجاري أو الإداري أو الدستوري أو الدولي... الخ.وغالباً ما تعد الجريمة - في الوقت ذاته- سلوكاً غير مشروع طبقاً لقانون آخر غير جنائي والعكس غير صحيح، لأن المشرع لا يلجأ إلى استخدام الأداة الجنائية: (التجريم والعقاب) إلا عندما يرجح لديه – وفق معايير السياسة الجنائية التي ينتهجها – ضرورة حماية مصالح يرى أنها جوهرية لازمة لبقاء كيان المجتمع واستقراره.ومن هنا تبدو الصلة بين قواعد التجريم والعقاب وبين سواها من قواعد فروع القانون الأخرى أمراً طبيعياً، الأمر الذي تترتب عليه نتائج بالغة الأهمية نابعة من ذاتية كل فرع من فروع القانون واهدافه الخاصة. لأن هذه الوظيفة وتلك الأهداف هي التي تتطلب وجوده. إن ذاتية التجريم والعقاب لا تنسجم مع القول باستقلالها أو تبعيتها لفروع القانون الأخرى. فالذاتية مستمدة من طبيعة الدور الذي يقوم به كل فرع من فروع القانون داخل النظام القانوني ككل في الدول لتنظيم الحياة في المجتمع.لذلك فإن أساس الذاتية ومرتكزها يتمثل بطبيعة وأهمية المصالح التي يحميها قانون العقوبات، فضلاً عن الوسيلة والهدف من حمايتها وإن ذلك يختلف – بداهةً – من قانون لأخر حيث تمنحه ذاتية من نوع معين في علاقته مع سائر فروع القانون الأخرى داخل النظام القانوني.فعلى قدر تعدد المصالح التي يقر المشرع حمايتها تتعدد القواعد القانونية – والعكس صحيح- فكل قاعدة قانونية لا تحمي إلا مصلحة واحدة. لذلك فإن قواعد التجريم والعقاب لا تشترك في حماية مصالح مشتركة مع فروع القانون الأخرى، بل تحمي: (مراكز مشتركة) تتغاير في مدلولها, على وفق ما أوضحنا – قدر المستطاع - في حدود ونطاق هذا البحث، تنبعث منها مصالح مختلفة، وبالتالي لا يمكن تصور وجود: (مشكلة) ازدواج الحماية القانونية المحمية جنائياً بالنسبة إلى كل قاعدة تجريم وعقاب مما له اهميته وآثارهُ القانونية في جوانب متعددة والتي تمثلت بما تم التطرق إليه في ثنايا هذا البحث.

The research aims at knowing the degree of aggressive behavior of the pupils of sixth primary class, and knowing the level of parental punishment, and the relationship between the aggressive behavior and the ways of parental punishment. To achieve the aim of the research, the aggressive behavior has been measured through a measure designed by the two researchers, and a list of twelve ways of parental punishment has also been prepared. The results have shown that the members of the sample are aggressive because of parental punishment, and punishment varies among beating different parts of the body, dismissing out of the house, threatening, scolding, locking up and branding. The relationship between aggressive behavior and the ways of parental punishment grows steadily, namely when the degree of punishment increases in dealing with a child, his or her aggressive behavior increases too

استهدف البحث معرفة حدة السلوك العدواني لدى تلاميذ الصف السادس الابتدائي وكذلك التعرف إلى مستوى أساليب العقاب الو الدية وإيجاد العلاقة بين السلوك العدواني وأساليب العقاب الو الدية . تم قياس السلوك العدواني بواسطة مقياس تم بناءه من قبل الباحثان وقد تم أعداد قائمة بأساليب العقاب المتبعة من الوالدين مؤلفة من 12 أسلوب عقابي لتحقيق أهداف البحث . وقد أشارت النتائج أن أفراد عينة البحث لديهم عدوانية نتيجة لأساليب العقاب الو الدية وكذلك أن مستوى أساليب العقاب من الآباء يمكن تصوره أي حدوثه بين الضرب على أنحاء متفرقة من الجسم والطرد من البيت والتهديد والتوبيخ والحبس والكي بالنار وان العلاقة بين السلوك العدواني لدى أفراد العينة وأساليب العقاب الو الدية تنمو باطراد بمعنى أن كلما زادت حدة أساليب العقاب المستخدمة في التعامل مع الطفل كلما كان سلوكه العدواني مرتفعا".

مرت فلسفة العقاب واهدافه بالعديد من المراحل التاريخية التي تحول فيها العقاب من اداة للانتقام والثار والبطش وإرهاب الخصوم والجناة الى أداة للاصلاح والتهذيب. وقد مرت المدارس الفلسفية في العقاب بمراحل متعددة، بدأت بالمدرسة التقليدية الاولى (الكلاسيكية) التي ركزت على وظيفة الردع العقابي، ثم المدرسة التقليدية الثانية (الحديثة) التي أكدت على وظيفة عدالة العقاب ثم المدرسة الوضعية التي اعتبرت الجاني غير مختار في إقدامه على الجريمة ثم بعض المدارس الوسطية وصولا الى احدث تلك المدارس الفلسفية وهي (حركة الدفاع الاجتماعي الحديث Movement de la defense social novell) التي ظهرت في منتصف القرن العشرين والتي نادت بضرورة التركيز على اصلاح الجاني والاهتمام به على اسس انسانية بعيدة عن قسوة العقاب وإيلامه. وكان ابرز الدعاة الى هذه الفلسفة الاستاذان (جراماتيكا) الذي يمثل الجناح المتطرف للحركة و(مارك آنسيل) الذي يمثل الجناح المعتدل لها .وللوقوف على المقصود بحركة الدفاع الاجتماعي الحديث واهم اقطابها وافكارها الفلسفية واهم نتائجها. وزعنا دراسة هذا الموضوع على خمسة فروع تناولنا في الاول المقصود بـ(الدفاع الاجتماعي) وفي الثاني الدفاع الاجتماعي لدى (Gramatica) وفي الثالث لدى (Marc Ancl`) وفي الرابع تقدير افكار جراماتيكا وانسيل. اما في الخامس فقد تناولنا برنامج الحد الادنى لحركة الدفاع الاجتماعي الحديث
