The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between the emotional intelligence and the leadership personality of the managers . the research was tested at the college of administration and economics – university of Baghdad through applying it on a sample of (67) members and units of the college. a questionnaire was used as a major tool for collecting data and information . for the purpose of researching to conclusion, the research aimed to test two main hypotheses related to the correlation coefficient and the effect correlation between the two main variable of the research, some statistical techniques such as (the mean, student deviation, percentages, correlation coefficient spearman, simple regression) were used for the purpose of researching the data. the research has reuched many conclusion, which was the most important one represented by the rise of the emotional intelligence and the attitudes of the leader personality of the managers , and there were correlation coefficient between the two main variable, and there was significant effect for the emotional intelligence into the leader personality of the managers ,due to the conclusions reached, the researcher recommands for the necessity of the studied organization to seriowh disclose and enhance the competencies of the emotional intelligence and the attitudes of leadership personality of the managers through its management practices.

ان الغرض من هذا البحث هو تحليل العلاقة بين الذكاء الشعوري والشخصية القيادية للمدراء. ولقد اختبر البحث في كلية الإدارة والاقتصاد/ جامعة بغداد من خلال تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (67) تدريسي وموظف موزعين على أقسام ووحدات الكلية. واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات. ولغرض الوصول إلى النتائج فقد سعى البحث لاختبار فرضيتين رئيسيتين متعلقة بعلاقات الارتباط و التأثير بين متغيري البحث الرئيسين، ولأجل معالجة البيانات، استعملت بعض الوسائل الإحصائية مثل (الوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، النسب المئوية، معامل ارتباط الرتب لسبيرمان، معامل الانحدار البسيط). ولقد توصل البحث الى استنتاجات أهمها ارتفاع مستويات الذكاء الشعوري وخصائص الشخصية القيادية عند المدراء ووجود علاقات ارتباط معنوية بين المتغيرين، ووجود اثر معنوي للذكاء الشعوري في الشخصية القيادية للمدراء.وبناء على ما توصل إليه البحث من استنتاجات يوصي بضرورة سعي المنظمة المبحوثة الى الكشف وتعزيز مقدار الذكاء الشعوري وخصائص الشخصية القيادية للمديرين من خلال ممارساتها الإدارية

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to identify the goals and the steps to implement the elements of the privatization of sports institutions and clubs and sports federations from the perspective of athletes Sudan projects, researchers used the descriptive analytical method for this study and the study sample consisted of (90) member of the administrative personnel of sports institutions, also used a questionnaire as a tool to gather information and also used the program spss statistical packages for data processing, and the study found the most important to the following results: -1. The most important objectives of the privatization sports institutions from the perspective of athletes in Sudan are:- Improve the quality of goods and services provided by sports facilities subject to privatization.- Efficient exploitation of economic resources for sports on the basis of the market system.- Access to modern technology through participation and attract foreign investments.- Accelerate economic growth and increase the level of economic well-being of consumers.2. Significant steps and stages of implementation of the privatization sports institutions from the perspective of athletes in Sudan are:- Establishing an independent public administration, or a team from various disciplines (Sports - economic - political - social - media - legal) under the leadership of the privatization process as a whole.- Issuing laws and regulations required for implementation.- Choosing the right time for privatization.3. The most important elements of the success of the programs and projects of privatization sports institutions from the perspective of athletes in Sudan are:- The political will of the Government and political support for the process.- Provide the institutional and regulatory framework and regulatory mechanism for the privatization program.- The privatization program is part of a general program of economic reform .hmKey words: -- Sports marketing - financial budgets - Sports Management - Strategic Director - mental skills - the private sector.

خصخصة مشروعات الرياضة بالمؤسسات والأندية والإتحادات الرياضية من وجهة نظر الإداريين والمشرفين الرياضيين بالسوداند . أحمد آدم أحمد محمد أ . عباس الجبوريجامعة السودان للعلوم والتكنولوجياالملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أهداف وخطوات تنفيذ ومقومات خصخصة مشروعات الرياضة بالمؤسسات والأندية والإتحادات الرياضية من وجهة نظر الرياضيين بالسودان، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لهذه الدراسة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (90) فرد من الإداريين والمشرفين الرياضيين بالمؤسسات الرياضية ، كما استخدما الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات ، وكذلك استخدما برنامج الحزم الإحصائية spss لمعالجة البيانات، وتوصلت الدراسة الى أهم النتائج التالية :- 1- أهم أهداف الخصخصة بالمؤسسات الرياضية من وجهة نظر الرياضيين بالسودان هى :- تحسين نوعية السلع والخدمات التي تقدمها المنشآت الرياضية الخاضعة للخصخصة.- الحصول على التكنولوجيا الحديثة من خلال المشاركة الاجنبية وجذب الاستثمارات .- تعجيل النمو الأقتصادي وزيادة مستوى الرفاهية الاقتصادية للمستهلكين .2- اهم خطوات ومراحل تنفيذ الخصخصة بالمؤسسات الرياضية من وجهة نظر الرياضيين بالسودان هى :- أنشاء إدارة عامة مستقلة، او فريق عمل من مختلف التخصصات (رياضية - اقتصادية - سياسية - اجتماعية - إعلامية - قانونية) تقوم بقيادة عملية الخصخصة بشكل كامل.- أصدار القوانين واللوائح التنظيمية المطلوبة للتنفيذ .- اختيار التوقيت المناسب للخصخصة .3- أهم مقومات نجاح برامج ومشروعات الخصخصة بالمؤسسات الرياضية من وجهة نظر الرياضيين بالسودان هى :- توفر الارادة السياسية للحكومة والدعم السياسي للعملية .- توفر الاطار المؤسسي والتنظيمي والآلية التنظيمية لبرنامج الخصخصة .- ان يكون برنامج الخصخصة جزءاً من برنامج عام للأصلاح الاقتصادي . الكلمات المفتاحية :-- التسويق الرياضى– الموازنات المالية – الإدارة الرياضية – المدير الاستراتيجي –المهارات الذهنية – القطـاع الخاص.
