Abstract

Abstract This Study dealt with the effect of a letter language in the activity of administrative communications in health authority office of kirkuk province the aim to identify the role of a letter language on the proficiency and activity of administrative communications and nature of language obstacles which restrict to communication proficiency in this organization . the research society is represented by (570) written letters issued from the office which need to be answered . A random sample consisted of 200 letters represents 35 % of research society has been analyzed during the period from January to June 2011 at the center of the office . The study rested on hypothesis based on relation ship between letters language and the activity of administrative communications . Many of statistical method were used in this study for testing hypothesis authority office and Many results support its hypothesis were concluded. The administrative communications in health authority office of kirkuk province suffer from on insufficiency in the language formation of letter - The administrative communication activities are reduced in the office through sending of letters by inaccurate and ill timed manners in to the concerd sides .The administrative communication activities are affected by the language formation of letter According this study recommends the following suggestion - The title of alerter should comes pond with its meaning - The language aspects of letters are advised to be concord through establishment of periodical lectures on Arabic language . Training Programs are recommended to by developed , especially , especially those , Which concern with correspondence and participation of their staff in there programs - The importance of settled staff in the administrative communication is emphasized . - Providing of arecod or register for working regular series concern with answers on correspondence in the related untis . - Developing of fast communication canals such as internet , telephone , and fax .- Fixation of determined times in the text of letters to be answered in proper manner .

المستخلص تناولت الدراسة اثر الصياغة اللغوية للرسائل في فاعلية الاتصالات الإدارية في دائرة صحة كركوك بهدف التعرف على دور لغة الرسالة في كفاءة وفاعلية الاتصالات الإدارية وطبيعة المعوقات اللغوية التي تحد من كفاءة الالتصال في هذه المنظمة . وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة بالرسائل التحريرية الصادرة من الدائرة التي تحتاج الإجابة عليها وعددها (570) رسالة ، اختبرت عينة عشوائية مكونة من (200) رسالة تمثل 35 % من مجتمع الدراسة ، تم تحليل مضمونها واستغرقت الدراسة الفترة من 1 / 1/ 2011 ولغاية 30 / 6 / 2011 في ديوان الدائرة ، واستندت الدراسة على فرضية تقوم على أساس وجود علاقة بين لغة الرسالة وفاعلية الاتصالات الإدارية واستخدمت في الدراسة العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية لاختبار فرضياتها وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج التي تعدم فرضيتها ومنها :تعاني الاتصالات الإدارية في دائرة صحة محافظة كركوك قصوراً في الصياغة الغوية للرسائل.انخفاض مستوى فاعلية الاتصالات الإدارية في الدائرة من خلال محدودية وصول إجابات الرسائل إلى الجهات المعنية بالدقة المطلوبة والوقت المناسب .تتأثر فاعلية الاتصالات الإدارية بالصياغة اللغوية للرسائل . وفي ضوء هذه النتائج قدمت الدراسة التوصيات الآتية : - التأكيد على تطابق عنوان الرسالة مع مضمونها .الاهتمام بالجوانب اللغوية للرسالة وذلك من خلال إقامة دورات باللغة العربية للسيطرة على الرسائل من الناحية اللغوية . تطوير برامج التدريب وخاصة ما يتعلق منها بالمراسلات وإشراك العاملين في هذه البرامج . التأكيد على ضرورة استقرار الملاكات العاملة في الاتصالات الإدارية .التأكيد على وجود أنموذج أو سجل لسياقات العمل وكيفية الإجابة على المراسلات يتم تعميمه على الوحدات التابعة للدائرة المبحوثة . تطوير قنوات الاتصال السريع كالهاتف والفاكس والانترنت . تثبيت التوقيتات المحدودة للإجابة في متن الرسالة والالتزام بها من حيث التوقيت والدقة .

Abstract

In this paper, the performance FSO link under different atmospheric turbulence procedure is theoretically analyzed using the L-PPM technique. Based on the atmospheric turbulence procedures and its impacts on a SNR, BER, and channel capacity are analyzed in optical communication system. Results indicate that the performance of weak turbulence-not approximation has more advantage compared with the other procedure. On the other hand, 16-PPM is more suited for FSO communication.

في هذا البحث, تحليل اداء بصريات الفضاء الحر تحت اساليب مختلفة للاضطراب الجوي نظريا بأستخدام تقنية تضمين موقع النبضة (L-PPM). بالاعتماد على اساليب الاضطراب الجوي وتأثيرها على نسبة الاشارة الى الضوضاء, معدل الخطأ في البت, وسعة القناة تم تحليلها لمنظومة الاتصالات البصرية. اشارت النتائج الى ان عدم التقريب في الاضطراب الضعيف له فوائد مقارنة مع الاساليب المختلفة للاضطراب الجوي. من جانب اخر, كانت تقنية التضمين لموقع النبضة ذو الرمز (16-PPM) مناسب جدا للاتصالات البصرية في الفضاء الحر

Abstract

The dual synchronization of two different pairs of chaotic oscillators: one pair of Duffing oscillators and one pair of Murali-Lakshmanan-Chua (ML-Chua) circuits, has been achieved by numerical simulations. The cross coupling method, where the difference in the voltage between the sum of the of the two master oscillators voltages and one of the slave oscillator voltage is injected to the other slave oscillator as an electrical current, for the dual synchronization has been used. The accuracy of synchronization of chaos is numerically obtained by calculating the root mean square error (RMSE). A communication scheme is presented, utilizing the chaotic masking (CMS) technique. Encoding and decoding of a message based on dual synchronization of chaos has been demonstrated.

Abstract

In this work, the effect of chirping on the pulse broadening and wavelength shift in the optical fiber communications was studied. A numerical analysis based on tracing the pulse propagating through an optical fiber was presented to determine the role of chirping in pulse broadening. Consequently, the wavelength shift resulted from the chirping effect was deduced analytically.

Abstract

In this work, an analytical treatment of some design parameters of multiquantum well semiconductor laser aiming to optimize the performance of such systems is presented. The treatment concentrates on three main parameters; the reflectivity of the front mirror, the effective lifetime of the photon inside laser cavity, and the number of quantum wells in the laser structure. These three parameters relate to several other parameters which impose to achieve design compensation. Such compensation can be simulated by analytical treatments because the characteristics of these lasers have been established well in form of small and large signal solutions. These lasers are increasingly studied due to their characteristic features in optical communications architectures, low-dimensioned photonics and optoelectronics devices.

Abstract

Many methods were presented for classification of digital modulation;these methods either deal with the received (modulated) or the basebandsignals. To reduce the classifier complexity, the first type is used. Discrete Fourier Transforms (DFT) or Fast Fourier Transforms (FFT) of the received signal may be used for such purpose. However, the drawback of this method is the time, which required for completing the operation, is proportional to the number of samples used for classification.In this work, a proposed classifier based on wavelet filters is used instead of the FFT classifier. Computer simulation tests show that the Haar wavelet filter is the most suitable type as compared with other types of wavelet filters. Extra tests show that the wavelet classifier has the same performance but it classify signals with bit rate higher than that of FFT classifier.

Abstract

In this paper, the Coherent Optical (CO) systems using Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) for dispersion compensation is demonstrated. The Quadrature Amplitude Modulation QAM-OFDM transmitter signal was controlled by the Mach-Zender Modulator (MZM) which modulates the laser source with wavelength of 1550nm. The heterodyne receiver with dual-polarization optoelectronic down-converter is used to obtain good coherent detection without using optical phase locked loop. The analytical part was done using a software simulator. All the proposed system components were simulated using VPIphotonic simulation software for testing CO-OFDM system. The transmitted signal, optical spectrum, eye diagram and constellation diagram was obtained to evaluate system performance.

Abstract

Real time smart electrical energy meter network is one of the backbones for modern smart grid. It is very critical to have the right technologies for the efficient operation of smart meter network. In this paper, real time wireless smart electrical energy meter system has been designed and implemented which PIC microcontroller is used for real time energy measurements. In this system, all real time energy measurements will be send to base station through ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN) for managements and monitoring. Also database will be design to record and manage all data and information of consumers.

شبكة مقاييس الطاقة الكهربائية الذكية تعتبر واحدة من الاعمدة الفقرية للشبكة الذكية الحديثة لتوزيع الطاقة الكهربائية. ولتشغل شبكة المقاييس الذكية بكفائة عالية فمن المهم استخدام التقنيات الحديثة المناسبة. في هذا البحث، تم تصميم شبكة لا سلكية ذكية لقياس الطاقة الكهربائية في الزمن الحقيقي حيث تم استخدام PIC microcontroller لقياس الطاقة الكهربائية في الزمن الحقيقي. في هذا النظام قرائات الطاقة الكهربائية في الزمن الحقيق سوف يتم ارسالها لا سلكيا باستخدام ZigBee wireless sensor network (WSN) الى المحطة الرئيسية حيثم يتم معالجتها ومراقبتها. كذلك تم تصميم قاعدة بيانات لتخزين وادارة معلومات الزبائن.
