ABSTRACT:-This research aims to design, construct, and evaluate a tactile sensor for measuring displacements. The sensor is then employed in a developing computerized displacement measurement in order to assess its potential in sensing and evaluating a dorsiflexion angle of a new dynamic prosthetic foot for amputees. The developed system consists of three main parts namely, the sensor, the data acquisition unit that includes an analogue to digital (ADC) module, and a computer to aid in the processing of acquired data. One type of tactile sensors was used in the investigation. That is Potentiometric-based displacement sensors. That sensor provide analogue output signals, hence, to enable its input to the employed computer these signals are converted to digital type by the developed ADC-based module which is interfaced to the computer via the Enhanced Parallel Port (EPP). A number of tests were conducted to establish valid calibration of the system. Early experimental results showed that there are matching between the obtained results and the best fit lines when measuring linear displacement and using the traditional calibration method, therefore, the researcher decided to use that developed sensor in measuring the dorsiflexion angle of the new dynamic prosthetic foot and comparing the obtained results with the standard one.Key words: Prosthetic foot, Dorsiflexion angle, Tactile displacement sensor.

الخلاصة يهدف هذا البحث إلى تصميم وبناء وتقييم متحسس أزاحه تلامسي لقياس الإزاحات كما واستخدم المتحسس لقياس الجانبية في نظام حاسوبي مطور وذلك لتقييم إمكانياته في التحسس والتقييم لزاوية الانحناء الطولي للقدم الصناعية الديناميكية المستخدمة من قبل المعاقين. يتكون النظام المطور من ثلاثة أجزاء رئيسية وهي المتحسس ووحدة استحصال البيانات والتي بدورها تتكون ضمنا من محول اشاره تماثليه إلى رقمية ( Analogue to Digital Converter ADC ) والجزء الثالث هو الحاسوب والذي يساعد في معالجة البيانات المستحصله. تم في هذا البحث استخدام نوع واحد من المتحسسات التلامسية وهو متحسس أزاحه تلامسي باستخدام المجهاد( Potentiometric Tactile Displacement Sensor ) و يولد هذا المتحسس إشارات خارجه تماثليه ولكي يتمكن الحاسوب من معالجة تلك الإشارات لابد من تحويلها إلى إشارات رقميه وباستخدام محول الإشارات ( ADC ) والموصل للحاسوب من خلال القناة المتوازية .(Enhanced Parallel Port E.P.P.) أجريت العديد من التجارب العملية لمعايره نظام التحسس المطور. أظهرت النتائج العملية الاوليه وجود تطابق في القيم المستحصله من النظام عن المستقيم الأفضل عند قياس الإزاحات الخطية وباستخدام طريقة المعايرة التقليدية (Traditional Calibration ) وعليه قرر الباحث استخدام هذا المتحسس في قياس زاوية الانحناء الطولي للقدم الصناعية الديناميكية الجديدة ومقارنة النتائج المستحصله مع النتائج القياسية.

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على خاتم الانبياء والمرسلين محمد وعلى آله الطيبين الطاهرين واصحابه اجمعين.. وبعد.. فهذا ملخص للبحث الموسوم (أحكام التهجير في العبادات – دراسة فقهية مقارنة)، فقد انعقد إجماع السابقين واللاحقين من المسلمين على صلاحية الشريعة الاسلامية لكل زمان ومكان، وأنها خاتمة للشرائع التي أنزلها الله تعالى، ووجوب التحاكم بها وإليها، وإن دراسة أحكامها هو من باب تبليغ العلم والعمل به، لذا كان من أهداف البحث ونتائجه أمور أهمها: (1) بيان الحوادث المستجدة التي طرأت في الوقت الحاضر والتي تتطلب دراستها دراسة شرعية، ومنها ما طرأ على المهجرين، ولاسيما في العبادات. (2) بين البحث من خلال طياته أن الخلاف في الفروع الفقهية دليل النضج العلمي لدى المسلمين ودليل صلاح الشريعة الاسلامية لكل زمان ومكان. (3) توصل الباحث إلى عدم جواز الوضوء بالثلج ما لم يقطر أو يذوب؛ لأنه لا يحصل المقصود الا بسيلان الماء على العضو. (4) يهدف البحث الى بيان الحكم الشرعي في صلاة المهجر، وقد توصل البحث إلى أن له قصر الصلاة الرباعية وإن طال الترقب سنين، ما لم ينو الاقامة المطلقة أو الاستيطان، مع بيان أن الافضلية الاتمام. (5) يهدف البحث الى بيان الحكم الشرعي للخطبة بغير العربية، وقد توصل الى أن كونها باللغة العربية أمر مستحب، لا واجب؛ لان المقصود من الخطبة حصول الوعظ والنفع والفائدة، غير أنه حريٌ بالخطيب أن يجعل جزءا من خطبته بالعربية ليعمّ الوعظ والنفع. (6) يهدف البحث الى بيان الحكم الشرعي المتعلق بصيام المهجَّر، وتوصل الباحث إن حكمه حكم المقيم، فعليه الصوم ولا يجوز له الافطار إلى إن عجز عن ذلك، وذلك لطول مكثه في مهجره. (7) يهدف البحث الى بيان الحكم الشرعي في استحقاق بعض المهجّرين للزكاة على اعتبارهم من أبناء السبيل، وقد توصل البحث الى جواز ذلك؛ لعدم استطاعتهم الحصول على أموالهم في بلدهم، فهم فقراء حكمًا. (8) يهدف البحث الى بيان الحكم الشرعي المتعلق بوجوب الحج، وقد توصل البحث إلى أنه لا يجب ذلك على بعض المهجّرين، فله حكم مَن لا يستطيع ملك الزاد والراحلة؛ فهم بعيدون عن دارهم وأموالهم ولا يستطيعون الوصول اليها؛ لأن الاستطاعة هي القدرة المعتبرة في جميع العبادات.وصلى الله وسلم على سيدنا محمد وآله وصحبه أجمعينوالحمد لله رب العالمين

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions.Forced displacement is not new to humanity. The conflict between the right and wrong extended by the span of time and space. Forced displacement has been one of the tools of conflict between those who are different in religion, doctrine and race. There is no doubt that such displacement causes huge damages to the society, economy, and ethics and so on. Therefore, I dealt in this research the case of forced displacement in Iraq historically and contemporarily and its effect on the ethics. I dealt with the historic roots of forced displacement and what happened to the prophets (peace be upon them) from the migration of the Messenger (peace be upon him) from Mecca to Medina. Then, I dealt with the forced displacement that happened in our beloved country and its resulting ethical consequences.

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.وبعد: لم يكن التهجير القسري جديداً على البشرية، فالصراع بين الحق والباطل ممتد بامتداد الزمان واتساع المكان، والتهجير القسري كان أحد أدوات الصراع بين المختلفين دينيا أو عقائديا أو عرقيا، ولا شك أن هذا التهجير سينجم عنه أضرار كبيرة اجتماعية واقتصادية وأخلاقية وما إلى ذلك، لذلك تناولت في هذا البحث عملية التهجير القسري في العراق وأثره على الأخلاق بين التراث والمعاصرة، وقد تناولت فيه الجذور التاريخية للتهجير القسري وما جرى للأنبياء السابقين عليهم السلام، مروراً بهجرة الرسول -صلى الله عليه وسلم- من مكة إلى المدينة، ثم التهجير القسري الذي حصل في بلدنا الحبيب والآثار الأخلاقية المترتبة عليه.

عني البحث بدراسة (الإقصاء الثقافي وتمثلاته في العرض المسرحي العراقي "قبل الحدث انموذجاً"), وأحتوى البحث على أربعة فصول, تناول الفصل الأول (الإطار المنهجي) متضمناً مشكلة البحث التي حددت بالتساؤل الآتي: كيف تمثل الإقصاء الثقافي في تشكيل بنية العرض المسرحي؟ . في حين جاءت أهمية البحث والحاجة اليه بوصفه بحثاً يبحث في موضوع الإقصاء من وجهة النظر الفلسفية والاجتماعية والثقافية والإفادة المتحققة من ذلك في مجال الإخراج العرض المسرحي, ويفيد هذا البحث الباحثين في مجال النقد والفلسفة, فضلاً عن طلبة معاهد الفنون الجميلة وكلياتها. وهدف البحث إلى تعرف الإقصاء الثقافي وتمثلاته في العرض المسرحي العراقي, ومن ثم حدود البحث الزمانية والمكانية التي تحددت بعرض واحد فقط لمدة من 2008, وحد الموضوع كيفية تمثلات الاقصاء الثقافي في عروض الفرقة الوطنية, ثم أختتم الفصل بتحديد المصطلحات وتعريفها. وتناول الفصل الثاني (الإطار النظري) الذي تضمن محورين: نفسياً ومعرفياً, ودراسة مهيمنات الإقصاء الثقافي واجتماعياً. وكذلك دراسة تمظهرات الإقصاء الثقافي في العرض المسرحي. واختتم الفصل بالمؤشرات التي أسفر عنها الإطار النظري . وكرس الفصل الثالث (الإطار الإجرائي) الذي ضم إجراءات البحث التي شملت تحديد مجتمع البحث الذي ضم (22) عرضاً مسرحياً للمخرجين المسرحيين العراقيين التي تحتوي على الإقصاء وضمن الحد الزماني, وعينه البحث التي ضمت مسرحية (قلب الحدث) للمخرج مهند هادي, وكذلك ختم الفصل منهج البحث وأداة البحث, واختتمت الباحثان الفصل بتحليل عينة البحث .وتناول الفصل الرابع النتائج التي توصلت لها الباحثان وكان أهمها:1-فضح المخرج المسرحي الممارسات الإقصائية التي تمارس ضد الإنسانية وتحط من مكانته.2-معالجة الأفكار الإقصائية والتهميشية، وفضحها عن طريق العرض المسرحي بهدف توعية المجتمع لمواجهة القهر والاضطهاد داخل المجتمع.وكذلك ضم الفصل الاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات، وقائمة بالمصادر والمرجع، وأختتم البحث بملخص اللغة الانكليزية.
