The existence of any organization depends on good and efficient leadership to achieve certain goals to reach Total Quality The research aims to determine the nature, kinds and styles of leadership and it's effect towards the employers in the organization. The researcher chose the general company of central markets at Baghdad sample to the research. The result of the research is the active leadership has the role in superiority to achieve the requirements of Total Quality .

إن بقاء و استمرار نمو أي منظمة يعتمد على القيادة الكفوءة و الجيدة للوصول إلى تحقيق الأهداف التي تم تحديدها و بالتالي تحقيق أهم متطلبات العصر و هي الوصول إلى إدارة الجودة الشاملة، ويهدف البحث إلى معرفة طبيعة و أنماط القيادة وأساليبها وأثرها على العاملين في المنظمة ومدى التزام المنظمة بمتطلبات ادارة الجودة الشاملة. وقد تم اختيار الشركة العامة للأسواق المركزية في بغداد ميداناً للبحث، وتوصل البحث إلى أن للقيادة الفاعلة دور في التفوق ألمنظمي و تحقيق متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة.
