The Palestinian question drew the attention of the Arab League establish on March 22, 1945 in which protocols Palestine occupies and essential part, besides its pact which contains a special appendix for Palestine where the historical right of independence of Palestine was emphasized and Lebanon being a founding member of the Arab league, which endeavored to help in the achieving of the goals of the league and has an important role in all the sessions of the political committee of the league. Lebanon rejected the Jewish immigration to Palestine and also rejected the establishment of a national state for the Jews in Palestine. It also rejected the report issued by the Anglo- American committee on Jewish immigration. Lebanon took part in tow conferences Anshas and Bludan in 1946 on the Palestine issue, where the halting of the Jewish immigration was stressed and prohibiting the transfer of the Palestinian land to Jews. Lebanon did its best in the courtrooms of the league in opposing the international separation law issued in 1947. In 1948 the Lebanese delegation requested the rejection of the truce with Israel and supporting the Palestinian resistance by money and weapon and establishing a unified independent Arab state in Palestine.

شغلت القضية الفلسطينية اهتمام جامعة الدول العربية التي تأسست في 22 آذار 1945، والتي أقرت في بروتوكولها قراراً خاصا بفلسطين ، فضلاً عن ميثاقها الذي احتوى على ملحق خاص بفلسطين.ولبنان بوصفة عضواً مؤسساً للجامعة فقد حرص على تحقيق أهداف الجامعة بخصوص فلسطين ، حيث دعا من خلال جلسات الجامعة على إيقاف الهجرة اليهودية إلى فلسطين ، وأعلن رفضه لتقرير لجنة التحقيق الأنكلو - أمريكية عام 1946 والتي أكدت فيه على السماح لدخول اليهود إلى فلسطين ، وبيّن لبنان من خلال الجامعة موقفة الرافض لإنشاء الوطن القومي اليهودي في فلسطين ، وداعياً إلى الاستمرار في دعم القضية الفلسطينية.كما شارك لبنان في مؤتمري انشاص وبلودان عام 1946 ، ودعا من خلالهما على ضرورة مجابهة الخطر الصهيوني ، ورفض تقرير اللجنة الدولية ، ومنع انتقال الأراضي الفلسطينية إلى اليهود ، وتشكيل حكومة وطنية فلسطينية مستقلة. كما أبلى لبنان بلاءً حسنا في أروقة الجامعة العربية في معارضة ورفض قرار تقسيم فلسطين الدولي بخصوص فلسطين عام 1947 ، وكان له الدور الفاعل في الكثير من اجتماعات اللجنة السياسية للجامعة العربية في مناقشة ومتابعة تطورات القضية الفلسطينية قبل وأثناء حرب عام 1948، حيث دعا إلى مواصلة القتال ، وتزويد الفلسطينيين بالمال والسلاح، حتى أضطر لبنان إلى الموافقة على قرار الجامعة بقبول الهدنة العربية - الإسرائيلية عام 1948.

This investigation of Q-fever or Coxiellosis was undertaken to study the presence and the infection rate of C.burnetii infection in reproductively active rams in the Northern Palestine, where most of the sheep herds are located. In all, 2806 samples which collected from active rams during the reproductive season from herds in five cities (Jenin, Jericho, Nablus, Tulkarm and Tubas). Sera were tested by ID Screen® Q Fever Indirect Multi-species enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detection of C. burnetii immunoglobulin G (IgG). A total of 28.1 % of ram sera were positive for C. burnetii IgG. There was no significant difference between the four location cities studied However, a significantly low difference was observed in the Tubas city (P<0.05). Highest infection rate was detected in rams of Tulkarm (29.8%), followed by Nablus (29.5%), Jericho (28.4%), Jenin (28.2%) and Tubas (16.1%). Moreover, at the farm level, 73.3% had at least one seropositive animal. It had been concluded that a high infection rate were detected in rams of Northern Palestine, at both individual and herd level. Therefore, Q fever could be responsible for considerable numbers of ovine abortions in Palestine, as well as of public health significance, Hereby control programs should be advised.

أجريت هذه الدراسة لاكتشاف وجود ومعدل انتشار خمج C.burnetii في كباش نشطة تناسليا في شمال فلسطين، حيث تقع معظم قطعان الأغنام. تم جمع 2806 عينة من الكباش النشطة تناسليا من قطعان في خمس مدن (جنين وأريحا ونابلس وطولكرم وطوباس). اذ تم فحص المصل باستخدام اختبار الاليزا للكشف عن الاجسام المضادة الخاصة بالعامل المسبب C.burnetii. اظهرت النتائج ان 28,1٪ من مصل الدم الحيوانت المفحوصة كانت مصابة بالمرض وبدون فرق معنوي بين أربع من المدن المشمولة بالدراسة. فضلا عن ذلك، لوحظ انخفاض طفيف في مدينة طوباس (P <0.05). أعلى نسبة انتشار للمرض سجلت في كباش طولكرم (29,8٪) تبعها نابلس (29,5٪) أريحا (28,4٪) جنين (28,2٪) وطوباس (16,1٪). على مستوى المزرعة، كان 73,3٪ من المزارع مصابة بالمرض. استنتج من هذه الدراسة ان مرض حمى كيو كشفت في شمال فلسطين بنسب عالية وقد تكون احد السباب المؤدية الى مشاكل تناسلية كالإجهاض اومشاكل انتقالها الى البشر علية ينصح بوضع خطط للوقاية بشكل مبكر.

There are many stable geographic factors control the change and the fluctuation of the rainfall in west bank in particular and generally in Palestine, which lead to a locational distribution for the rain fall. The most eminent factors are location and terrains, there are also changeable climatic factors which are basically joined with the coming troughs movements through the Mediterranean sea which joined with the middle front and depend on the frequencies of the jet polar current and change it's movement toward the south in winter. Therefore, the study aimed to give a detailed picture for the fluctuation and changes of rainfall and determine their directions in the west bank. The study showed a large increase in the fluctuation and change in the west bank. the highest standard deviation was 135.5 ml per year in jenin station. On the other hand, the highest Coefficient of Variation change was%30.7 per a year in the same station. The study showed that the general direction of the rainfall in the studied stations is being decreased.

يتحكم في تذبذب وتغير الأمطار في الضفة الغربية بشكل خاص وفي فلسطين بشكل عام العديد من العوامل الجغرافية الثابتة التي أدت إلى اختلاف مكاني لتوزيع التساقطات المطرية ومن أبرز هذه العوامل الموقع والتضاريس، وكذلك هناك العوامل المناخية المتغيرة التي ترتبط بشكل أساسي بحركة المنخفضات الجوية ومساراتها وخاصة المنخفضات القادمة عبر البحر المتوسط والمرتبطة بالجبهة المتوسطية والتي تعتمد على ترددات التيار النفاث القطبي وتغير حركته شتاء صوب الجنوب. لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إعطاء صورة تفصيلية لتذبذبات وتغييرات الأمطار وتحديد اتجاهاتها في الضفة الغربية حيث أظهرت الدراسة ارتفاع كبير لذبذبة وتغير الأمطار في الضفة الغربية وقد بلغ أعلى انحراف معياري نحو 135.5 ملم سنويا في محطة جنين وفي المقابل بلغ أعلى معدل سنوي لمعامل التغير النسبي في نفس المحطة نحو 30.7%، وبينت الدراسة أن الاتجاه العام للأمطار في غالبية المحطات المدروسة آخذ بالتناقص.

I have done this survey through descriptive-analysis method on one of Sudanese modern poem approaches and I used instances from their poets such as Alhadi Adam(1927-2006) , Muhammad Alfitouri (1936-2015) and Andulghadir Alkatibani(1954) to explore their thoughts and ideas in the modern era regarding to the Palestine issue and how they treated this issue by their poets and the solution they have presented to end the Zionist occupation. I also surveyed the reasons of continuation of such occupation to the current time. The betrayal and ignorance of Arab leaders, disobedience the rules of Quran the holy book and Sunna of the prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and his righteousness ancestors towards jihad and the right path as well as ignoring to stand against delusive. Their most poets merge with Quran and Islamic thoughts mainly that has made the poets Quranic-Islamic style .

تناولت هذه الدراسة، عبر منهج تحليلي- وصفي، إحدي الاتجاهات الشعرية في الشعر السوداني الحديث وقد اتخذت لها نموذجاً، كل من الشعراء: الهادي آدم(1927-2006) و محمد الفيتوري(1936-2015) و عبدالقادر الكتيابي(1954) لتميط اللثام عن آراء وأفكار الشعراء السودانيين في العصر الحديث حول القضية الفلسطينية وكيفية معالجتهم لها والحلول التي يقدمونها بغية التخلص من الاحتلال الصهيوني،وقد تطرقت هذه الدراسة إلي الأسباب التي أدت إلي استمرار الاحتلال وطول أمده حتي اليوم وعلي رأس هذه الأسباب خيانة وتقاعس الحكام العرب وعدم الأخذ بالقرآن الكريم وسنة النبي (ص) والسلف الصالح في الجهاد والتضحية في سبيل إحقاق الحق ودحض الباطل. وقد اتسمت أشعارهم بكثرة الاقتباس من القرآن الكريم والموروث الإسلامي، الأمر الذي ترك طابعاً إسلامياً، قرآنياً علي ص: الكثير من نصوصهم
