This manuscript deals with the rules of reciting the holy Qur'an in prayer, ruling on reading Al-Fatihah, discussing the sayings of the scholars regarding Al-Fatihah, indicating the most correct view among them. In addition, this manuscript deals with studying what the ma'moum (the person who follows imam) recites behind the imam (the person who leads the prayer) in prayer, the view of reading al-Faatihah in prayer for non Arab tongue. Moreover, the manuscript discusses the ruling of Basmalah, ruling on reading it during the prayer, discussing the scholars' opinions regarding it, whether Is it a verse from the Surah or not?

يتناول هذا البحث حكم قراءة الفاتحة في الصلاة، ويناقش أقوال العلماء فيها مبيناً القول الراجح من بينها، كما يتناول دراسة ما يقرأ المأموم خلف الإمام في الصلاة، وحكم قراءة الفاتحة في الصلاة بغير لسان العرب، كمان تطرق الباحث إلى حكم البسملة، وحكم الجهر بها في القراءة أثناء الصلاة، وناقش أقوال العلماء فيها، هل هي آية من السورة أم لا؟

BY the name of Allah most gracious most merciful This paper is about "The different opinions about the traveling where the prayer being shorten" of the Imam (Mohammed Bin Ali Al Shawkani), which is a juristic manuscript of Al Dhahiri doctrine, in which he presents some of the rules that concern travelling:-The travel where the prayer being shorten.-The distance which make the shortening of the prayer possible.-The kind of traveling in which the prayer being shorten.-The period of the shortening in the prayer during the travel.And it was clear during the presenting of the rules and sayings that: The preponderant about the matter of the distance which allow shortening the prayer is what the Dhahirians and others of not specifying the distance to make the shortening possible and it is possible to shorten at all what it calls travel whether it is lexical or customary due to the strength of their evidence and the weakness of the others', and also because the others' evidence is not clear enough.

هذه (رسالة في اختلاف الناس في السفر الذي تقصر فيه الصلاة) للإمام محمد بن علي الشوكاني، وهو مخطوط فقهي على المذهب الظاهري، بين فيه الأحكام المتعلقة بالسفر.منها:ـــ السفر الذي يقصر فيه الصلاة.ـــ المسافة التي توجب القصر.ـــ نوع السفر الذي تقصر فيه الصلاة.ـــ مدة قصر الصلاة في السفر.وتبين عن طريق عرضه للأقوال والأحكام بـ : (إن الراجح في مسألة مسافة القصر هو ما ذهب إليه الظاهرية ومن معهم من عدم تحديد مسافة معينة للترخيص بالقصر، وإنما يجوز القصر في كل ما يسمى سفراً في العرف واللغة، وذلك لقوة أدلتهم وضعف أدلة الآخرين، ولكونها غير صريحة في تحديد المسافة).

This study aims at expressing some of the opinions of Al-Taib Al-Kanauji in which he defers the four imams in the chapter salah in the book named " Al-Rawdha Al-Nadya Sharh Al-Durar Al-Bahya " . In Addition he has studied those opinion , discaussed them and supported whate he considered right regardless his opinions or of the four imams . The study has come up with some results the most important ones of them are : Abu Al-Taib Al-Kanauji offers the evidence of the issue , what stand with or stand against it , shows the difference of the trends in it and supports and choose what the evidence needs.

يهدف البحث إظهار بعض آراء أبي الطيب القنّوجي التي خالف بها الأئمة الأربعة في كتاب الصلاة من كتابه الروضة الندية شرح الدرر البهية ودراستها ومناقشتها وترجيح الرأي الراجح منها سواء كان الراجح هو رأي الأئمة الأربعة أو رأيه هو . وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج كان من أبرزها : يعرض المذاهب فيها ، ويرجح ويختار ما يقتضيه الدليل الراجح لديه .

AbstractPraise to Allah, lord of the worlds and peace and blessings be upon the last of prophets and messengers, our prophet Mohammad and his family and companions , I have written this research entitled(The sense of smell and its impact on prayer) and the reason behind choosing this subject because of the importance of prayer in Muslim's life and in order to know the impact on the humble in prayer which is the soul of prayer. The worshiper is as what he realizes from his prayer , and the tools of realization for human are his senses so, I like through this research to focus on the smell and its impact on prayer. In issues ,I followed in them the sayings of scholars from their approved books. I ask Allah to benefit everyone who reads it, and benefit us with what we learned , and increase our knowledge ,and make us know our religion very well . The right things are from Allah the Almighty but the fault things are from the nature of humans, and I ask Allah forgiveness of them .

الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على خاتم الأنبياء والمرسلين، نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين .وبعد: فقد كتبت هذا البحث بعنوان (حاسة الشم وأثرها في الصلاة)؛ وكان سبب اختياري للموضوع هو لأهمية الصلاة في حياة المسلم، وكذلك لمعرفة تأثير الحواس على الخشوع الذي يُعدّ روح الصلاة، فإن للعبد ما أدرك من صلاته، وأدوات الإدراك عند الإنسان هي حواسه، فأحببت من خلال هذا البحث أن أسلط الضوء على حاسة الشم وكيفية تأثيرها على الصلاة في مسائل أتتبع فيها أقوال الفقهاء من كتبهم المعتمدة، أسأل الله أن ينفع كل من يقرأه، وأن ينفعنا بما علمنا، وأن يزيدنا علماً، وأن يفقهنا في الدين، فما كان من صواب فهو من توفيق الله تعالى، وما كان فيه من زلل فهو طبيعة البشر وأستغفر الله منه.

The Islamic educational ideology depends on bases like the different Islamic worships and prayer comes first. The paper deals with the notion of Islam in general and prayer in particular. It defines prayer and expresses its importance in Islam. It deals with the psychological, social, educational and healthy factors. The paper ends with conclusions and recommendations that are found necessary and important in this field.
