Abstract

(creativity, learning, cooperation, participation and commitment of time) on Organizational Development (OD) in the researched organizations in the north region (Al al-Bayt University, Jordan University of Science and Technology and Yarmouk University). The researcher used descriptive analytical method, A purposive sample consists of (150) employees in all managerial levels was taken to acquire the required data.To test the proposed model of this research deductively, questionnaire was used to collect data A number of 150 questionnaires were distributed. The collected data was manipulated by the use statistical methods. The study found that there is a statistically significant impact of organizational culture represented by learning, participation, and respecting time on (OD) Whereas there is no-statistically significant impact of on (OD).This research recommends the management researched organizations to pay attention and to exert more efforts for more creativity, and to encourage employees the main pillars in the organization. Finally, It could be concluded that building an organizational culture that encourage excellence, teamwork, and team spirit could be success factors for developing work processes

Abstract

This Study Aims to Identify the Degree of Practicing the Skills of Educational Communication by the Faculty Members in the Official Jordanian Universities, from the Perspectives of Graduates, and the Disclosure of the Impact of each Sex, The College and the University in Determining this Degree. The Study Sample is Selected by Randomly Stratified Method from the Original Study Population with (%5) of which Number is (968) Students. A Questionnaires used Consisting of (51) Items, Spread Over Five Areas. The Findings showed that the Degree of Practicing the Skills by the Faculty Members in the Official Jordanian Universities (Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing) is Large, while they Practice the Skill of guidance and mentoring moderately. The findings also showed a Statistically Significant Differences Related to Sex in Favor of the (Female), as well as due to the Variable of the University for the Benefit of the (University of Jordan), and the findings also showed no statistically Significant Differences due to the Variable of The College.

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية لمهارات الاتصال التربوي من وجهة نظر طلبة الدراسات العليا، والكشف عن أثر كل من الجنس، وااكلية، والجامعة في تحديد هذه الدرجة. وقد اختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي بنسبة (5%) والبالغ عددها (968) طالباً وطالبة. وتم استخدام استبانة مكونة من (51) فقرة، موزعة على خمسة مجالات. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الرسمية لمهارات (القراءة، والاستماع، والتحدث، والكتابة) كانت كبيرة، في حين أنهم يمارسون مهارة الإرشاد والتوجيه بدرجة متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح (الإناث)، وكذلك تعزى لمتغير الجامعة لصالح (الجامعة الأردنية)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً تعزى لمتغير الكلية.
