Abstract: The research aims to identify the current(The System of Values among primary school teachers),has formed the research sample of (400) teachers were selected randomly and the manner disproportionate in primary schools in Diwaniyah province for the academic year (2014-2015), has adopted the researchers measure Sehili (2009 ) were verified persistence and sincerity, and after the application of the scale on the sample results showed .1.The values of teachers in primary school has incurred starting from the highest value to lowest value as follows: social value, and the value of religious, political and value, and the theoretical value, and aesthetic value, economic value.2.There were no statistically significant differences in the pattern of values for the teachers with the exception of the political value and aesthetic value.

Haleim69@gmail.comملخص البحث هدف البحث الحالي الى تعرف "النسق القيمي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية", وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (400) معلماً ومعلمة اختيروا بالطريقة العشوائية وبالأسلوب المتناسب من المدارس الابتدائية الحكومية في محافظة القادسية للعام الدراسي (2014-2015), وقد تبنى الباحثان مقياس السهيلي للنسق القيمي (2009) وتم التحقق من ثباته وصدقه, وبعد تطبيق المقياس على العينة أظهرت النتائج:1.إن القيم لدى معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية قد ترتبت ابتداءً من أعلى قيمة الى ادني قيمة كالآتي: القيمة الاجتماعية، والقيمة الدينية، والقيمة السياسية، والقيمة النظرية، والقيمة الجمالية، والقيمة الاقتصادية.2.عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في النسق القيمي بالنسبة للمعلمين والمعلمات باستثناء القيمة السياسية والقيمة الجمالية.
