The comprehension of The Glorious Quran is based on The Arabic language This resulted in a number of linguistic science such as Morphological and phonetics. These two sciences and always interrelated to the extent that one may consider them one field, but in fact the former completes the later.This paper shows the role of the morphological and phonetic structures in improving and enriching the language and dissevers its secrets when interpreting the miraculous sure of al mursalat. It also shows depending on the cooperation among the relationship between the morphological and functional structures and the functional value of their forms.

ارتبط فهم القرآن الكريم باللغة العربية مما أدّى إلى ظهور علوم عديدة، وكان من بين هذه العلوم التي نشأت علم الصرف وعلم الصوت، ولطالما ارتبط هذان العلمان ببعضهما حتى يُظن أنهما علم واحد إلا أن الأول مكمل للثاني.لقد سلط هذا البحث الضوء على دلالة البنية الصوتية والصرفية؛ لدقتها وأهميتها في إثراء اللغة ونماء رصيدها من ناحية، وللكشف عن أسرار اللغة في نصٍ معجز وهو سورة (المرسلات) من ناحية أخرى، منطلقاً من مبدأ التكامل بين مستويات الدرس اللغوي، لبيان العلاقة بين البنية الصوتية والصرفية وقيمتها الدلالية في إطار الشكل الوظيفي الذي اتخذته.
