بعد حمدالله والتوكل عليه ارتأى الباحث ان يختار موضوعا يعد غاية في الاهمية اذ عليه بني النظام الكوني الا وهو:(العدل الالهي في القران الكريم ومناهج المتكلمين) فلا يمكن لاي منظومة في هذا الوجود ان يقام صرحها على ارض الواقع مالم تطبق العدل الا انه مهما طبق نظام العدل بين البشر فلا يمكن ان يصل لعدل الله،كون عدله تعالى احتوى جانبي اللطف والرحمة معاً فالعدل صفة من صفاته تعالى،واسم من اسمائه،ونجد من الفرق الاسلامية من جعله اصلٌ من اصول الدين كالامامية والمعتزلة،ومنهم من جعلة صفة من صفاته تعالى الثبوتيه،لجمعها الكمال المطلق،وهذه الصفة –العدل- متوقفة على صفتي العلم والقدرة، وقد تم اثبات هاتين الصفتين لله تعالى،ومن عدله تعالى انه عالم بحسن الاشياء وقبُحها منه القبيح،وقد ذهب المتكلمون في ذلك الى مذاهب،ومن متطلبات عدل الله انه لايكلف عبادة مالايطيقون بدلالة القران والسنة،اما أفعال العباد فهي ضمن عدله تعالى،وهنا اختلف المتكلمون فيها الى مذاهب ايضا فمنهم من قال (بالتفويض) وهم المعتزلة،ومنهم من قال(بالكسب) وهم الاشاعرة،اما الأمامية فقد قالوا بنظرية الامر بين الامرين) وتفاصيل ذلك في طيات البحث،وختاماً النتائج التي تضمنها البحث...والله ولي التوفيق.
